Title:   A Wedding Gift



I figure Hermione would love this book as a wedding gift.  :)  Severus...well, I think he's tired and ready to get Hermione alone.  I think he's also slightly worried that this particular gift might interfere with their Honeymoon.

Finally!!! I've been waiting for hours for you to post it *G* Your shadowing is perfection. The book looks so real. The cloak and her dress are beautifully done. I see you added the ring, I missed that before. I can't believe you were nervous about posting this, everyone will love it.

As a counter to typical SS/HG art, HERMIONE has teh buttons! LOL- SHe looks thrilled with the books. Artistcally, you have a bold, bright style. But what gets me is the embossing on the book. The ability to discern the pages on the side. It's little stuff like that. Little things like teh shading on Hermione's buttons.

I think Hermione having the buttons was one of my favorite things about this!! I almost gave Snape buttons, but then I thought, "nah...Hermione needs to wear the buttons every now and then". :D

I try to pay special attention to the small details. :D The details like the buttons, embossing, etc. tend to be what I take the most time on. :)

Remind me to send you some "out-takes" of this pic. It wasn't originally going to be a book!

Miss Qui says to Professor Snape (while holding up the neopolitan/lime sherbert thing...er, I mean dress), "I know. I have so much to learn!"

Wow! That is awesome! I giggled over Hermione having the buttons. My favorite part was the bow and the shading you did there. Also, Severus's clasp is nicely done!
